This is rrsi_duke duel set up and Im doing this to ok, this may be a little crude but it should give you a little bit of an idea of how i went about this setup.
this is the first component of the snorkel it includes where it connects to the carb and how it splits into duals, note it starts out at 1 1/2"
here is that component connected to the carb
here is a side view of that
:note that on the right side (right side for the bike) that it 90's down this is due to there is no exit at that point so you have curl under and around to the nearest exit
this piece connects to the right side that goes down and around
here is another pic of that piece
these are pics of the three sections connected together
note: the reason i'm using the rubber couplings instead of just pieceing it together solid is due to the fact that this way you can take it apart in the field in case of emergencies, and it helps the snorkel setup with all the vibrations
here are some pics with most of the pipe connected to it
these are a little old but its the same setup just actually on the bike

thanks man i appreciate it . i am from kentucky . will that set up work on the 500 forman. i have look all over highlifter threads i havent really seen anyone with a dual snorkels .
There was no room for the air box and plus I always melting my air box my hmf put to much Heat. I like the no air box set up. You can do it for a 500 foreman you will have to play with the fittings to get it to come off the carb and out of the frame and around the motor
