thanks man i'm going to go ahead and order me a book, or i'll have 500 hundred questions posted up on here.

get a manual and follow it to the tee on splitting the cases. if you do this non of the transmission will fall out and it will go back together with no problems. i would take a look at you out put shaft for the 4 wheel drive and also the bearings on this shaft. they bend real easy and it would be a great time to replace it. if yo have any questions just holla!

thanks bud i was worried about the gears and i'm ordering new bearings and seals on that shaft. I'm ordering a manual today so i should be able to get something done on it in the next couple of weeks.

Its not that bad. It is a little scary when ya first split the case and see all them gears. Might as well throw the stroker in it while your in there.

alright tried to split the case today but was unsuccessful. The manual was confusing me but do you have to take the clutch off for them to separate? I have to be missing something cause all of the outside bolts are off, but it wouldn't break loose. I need some help.
