engine frozen..still gotta split the casing and see whats keeping the bike from not cranking over. have any advice, send it my way. the engine locked up while crusing on a trail. white smoke comes out of exhaust, idle goes up and down while in neutral. so we took off starter plate to try and crank it over manually, still wouldnt budge. its a honda foreman 450 stroked. need all help i can get before mud nats in a week
I would say spray some PB Blaster do it if it has rust in it. not know n what it did it could be a broke ring bend rod something on your crank mess up

is it stuck to the piston or stuck to the rod? if its stuck to the piston, stuff the bottom end full of rags(not paper towels), then cut the piston in half. You will have to hold the crank still so go ahead and remove the pullcord cover put a wrench on it. if its stuck to the rod... a machine shop may be the answer...
