All you can do is post an item forsale. You can't bump it and nobody can reply to it anymore. They have to pm you. I don't know why they have to fix something that's not broke
Probably just got tired of some people bumping their stuff daily. An occasional "ttt" is ok, but I've seen adds where there were 10+ replies that were nothing more than bumps, sometimes even within the same day.
