Okay, I’ve read here and there about data personas and UX, but you know how it is. Articles or guides or anything with actually useful information are quite difficult to locate. So I have a question. How do I create personas that aren’t fictional characters?
Can’t agree more and I have a tip for you. Ditch the guesswork. This guide to data-driven personas taught me to build personas from analytics, surveys, and behavioral trends. We discovered our ‘power users’ were nothing like we assumed—they were older, less tech-savvy, and hated our ‘sleek’ UI. Now we design for reality, not stereotypes. Game-changer! It helped me a great deal and it is bound to help you as well.
