Hey everyone,

I’ve already started a small setup and began selling a few products using svg files for laser engraving here. So far it’s going okay — I’ve been using ready-made templates and adapting them a bit for my needs.

Now I’m running into a different question — scaling.

For those who’ve been through this stage:

• do you keep relying on templates long-term, or eventually switch to custom designs?
• how do you stand out if others might be using the same files?
• is it more about marketing/branding at that point, or unique products?

Basically trying to understand what actually moves the needle after the initial start.

Would appreciate any insights from people who’ve grown beyond the “first sales” stage.
