RE: I don't know if i deserve to post in the custom builders section?

Yea your bike looks pretty awesome with those 31s. I would like to get the 31s but I dont want 14 inch rims. I like the look of a 12 inch rim and the stance of a 29.5x12. The 12s just look so nice on a lifted bike. IMO

So my positive thoughts about the 31's on my bike have been crushed as of this weekend i put it in some old holes that dried up and after all the rain we got are soft again, so it got it a chance to eat on some extra thick stuff and it wouldn't turn them. It was about 3/4 up the tire in straight mud with no water but it wouldn't do it. I'm not sure what to do cause i'm not pulling the motor again to put in a stroker and i really don't want to run 29.5's on it but that is all that i can see to do. this is the first time that it has given me any problems with turning the tires.

Oh man that stinks about it not tuning them. Im hoping mine will do 29.5x12s on all corners. it doesnt have a problem with the 28 mudzillas. so Im pretty sure when i do the bbk and the gear reduction it will be fine with them.

i never had problem spinning the 29.5's with out the gear reduction so i thought with a gear reduction it would sling the 31's. I thought it wouldn't have any problems being as i've put in some pretty bad stuff but this weekend i guess i found the one that would put it to the test.

well Im not goin to do a stroker well atleast not for a while but thanks man for the offer. But im pretty much rebuilding this fourwheeler from the ground up and Im going to go with the thumper BBK, gear reduction, maybe port and polish and deck the heads, and then HMF. and that will be plenty for the motor I dont plan on racing it so It dont have to be to powerfull.

I have a stroker motor i might let go for a stock one and some cash...........................  it is just sitting with all the goodies.  I have some other ideas for a new motor in my foreman.  it has never been run but i guarantee you it will scream and turn the hell out of any ATV tire you put on it. It has a port and polished head done by thumper racing on theyre flow bench, a 91.5 mm Wiseco piston, a stock cam with HD cam chain, Honda gear reduction not Knock off with barnett clutch plates and HD clutch springs, all new bearings through the whole motor. i have drilled and taped the oil cooler lines with NPT to accept a 3/8 NPT fitting to AN so you can run a oil cooler on top rack. Oh yeah BTW this motor has a ton done to it. it also has a pull starter leak shield that will go with i have not put on. i have all the 400 carb jets you will need. i guess i would take around 1900 and a running stock one. let me know if either of you are interested.  i want to  build a new foreman motor but i have a few more things i would add to it if i could find a good home for this one. I just dont feel like taking the motor apart to add a few things. I have around 3500 in this motor with machine time and all new bearing, and oh yeah the head has all new parts nothign was reuced not even the valve guides or retainers.

does it still fit on the manifold or do you have to switch some parts out. This sounds like it could help my tire turning problem out.

You've got enough projects going. You should keep the motor and finish the rest. Sounds like a plan to me. You need it ready by nats.
