the 90.00 hyd pipe bender that harborfreight sells

I cut my pipe 8" longer then cap one end, fill with sand, and cap the other.
that keeps it from wrinkling on the 90's

i was surprised how good of a job that the harbor freight bender did. I've had mine for a few years and didn't really use it much but hear lately its been getting worked pretty hard. I pleased considering how cheap it was.

One thing I did was to clean all the paint off it.
Then smoothed the rough spots from the casting with my dremel.
Maybie i am crazy but it seems to work better.
