I am going to attempt to make a gear reduction for my 500 foreman, i was told you use the 500basket with the 300 gear on the back and the 300 primary. Do you guys know if i will have to do any case modding also you know where i might be able to locate a 300 primary drive gear?

u need the 300 primary gear and clutch basket gear. then someone has to machine the gear part from 300 primary onto the 500 primary. i have the 300 parts for sale if u interested, PM me
