I want my 300 to be reliable but have some power! What should i do to it? Should i just go standard bore with high compression piston and jet kit? Or should i do an aftermarket bore?
it shouldnt be that hard to custom build it. but if u could build it hmf will add a good bit of power. before i had an eiger and it wouldnt pull the wheels off the ground put the pipe and it stud straight up
yeah ive seen a few built custom and they look pretty dang good... it just gotta find a four wheeler with right side exhaust that is similar to the 300...
I think ive got it figured out on what im going to do to my 300< Bore .30 over, high compression wiseco piston. jet kit. cobra exhaust. change uni filter that i broke, to a k&n..
and what other things that come to mind in the process;)
Im not too sure where to get that done at around here though jg..
but i think its gonna wait.. i have to replace rear end bearings then im gonna go on a small ride around here, and after i ride, then we'll tear it down..
Yeah a P&P head would help thumper racing has some nice big bore kits with wiseco piston. If you want to pull big tires I would do a gear reduction to

And a jet kit if you run a k&n I would put a cover over the k&n to help keep the small dust out
