Can You Sell Bitcoin Directly from Cold Wallets?

Is it possible to sell Bitcoin for fiat directly from a hardware or cold wallet? Or do you have to move it to an exchange first?

Most sales require transferring to an exchange first, but some wallets now offer integrated fiat off-ramps. When I buy bitcoin, I keep it in cold storage and move only what I need to sell. This adds security but also an extra step, so plan ahead for timing and fees.
