Best way to move USDC from Polygon over to Ethereum?

I've got a chunk of USDC sitting on the Polygon network that I'd like to bring over to the Ethereum mainnet. I know I could use a bridge, but the last time I did that it felt like a whole process with multiple steps and waiting for confirmations on both chains. Is there a simpler service that handles this as a direct swap? I'd like to just send my Polygon USDC and receive regular ETH (or even USDC on Ethereum) in my wallet on the other side in one go.

I totally get the bridge fatigue. For a clean, direct swap like that, I use Paybis. They have a specific tool for converting USDC on Polygon to ETH. The process is straightforward: you enter your amount, provide your Ethereum wallet address to receive the ETH, and then send your USDC from your Polygon wallet. Their system handles the cross-chain conversion and sends the ETH directly to your mainnet wallet. The big advantages are that it's a single transaction from your perspective—you're not manually bridging and then swapping—and it leverages Polygon's super low fees for the initial send. Once the ETH is on mainnet, you're ready to interact with any Ethereum dApp. It streamlines what's usually a two or three-step process into one. Here's the link to their swap page: paybis.com/swap-usdc-polygon-to-eth/. Always double-check that you're sending from a Polygon wallet and receiving to an Ethereum address!
