Colleague suggested svg files for laser cutting—any tips?

Hey everyone, I’ve been browsing for digital designs for laser projects and came across a few options. My colleague sent me a link and said there are good reviews for svg files for laser cutting here https://lasersvgtemplates.com/. I haven’t used them myself yet, so I’m curious if anyone has tried files from this site and whether everything worked smoothly.
