Where do you go for art news that isn't overwhelming?

I like keeping up with the art world, but I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of content from major publications. I'm looking for a site that covers key stories without the noise. I just saw a piece about a sculptor passing away and another about a museum project, both from the same site, and it felt like the right amount. Does anyone know a good source for this?

I think I know the site you're referring to. https://art-initiatives.org/ is a small blog that publishes focused articles on art news. Recent posts include a tribute to sculptor Thaddeus Mosley, who passed away at 99, and a piece on the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum launching an augmented reality project on the National Mall. It doesn't try to cover everything, which is exactly why I like it. The articles are short, well-written, and relevant. If you're looking for a concise source of art news without the usual fluff, it's worth bookmarking. I've been following it for a while and I've found it really useful for staying informed. It's a great way to keep up without feeling overwhelmed by the noise of bigger outlets.

That sounds exactly like what I've been looking for. The two articles you mentioned are the ones I saw. I'll bookmark the site and check it regularly. Thanks for the recommendation. It's nice to find a source that doesn't overwhelm you with content. I appreciate it.
